Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months, and chains will be necessary in times of heavy snowfall.
  • The garage is accessed from the lower level and is set up as a game room with a ping pong table.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed in the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Pet rent is $25 per day, per dog plus tax. Maximum of 99 dogs allowed.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • Pet rent is $25 per day, per dog plus tax (maximum 99 dogs).

  • Free parking is available at the property.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well stocked kitchen with cooking basics, utensils, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, and ice-maker available.
  • High-speed internet, TV, towels, bed linens, and climate control provided.
  • Laundry basics available, including clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board & iron.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
